Erroneous decline of my card
I entered the information correctly two different times and was denied erroneously. To compound a bad situation your customer service options did not include my situation.
Service like yours makes me want to keep my money and to let Al Gore take back HIS internet. Sometimes I just wish it would go away.

Problem with my unit keeps turning off after 20 minutes
Haven't had my unit very long working fine now it shuts off every 20 minutes and I have to turn it back on

No Zvox CSR LIVE PERSON
I didn't write anything to Zvox but I was very frustrated that I couldn't talk to a tech support person
Trying to hook-up soundbar
Can't get a hold of anyone. Whether email or by Any other means... I know my TV is older but this is ridiculous.
