Eventually, I heard back from support via email. I'm a good fitter, noted, and I'm keeping the unit.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Initial communications issues sorted out and excellent service thereafter.
When Zvox did eventually get in touch they handled the enquiry well and explained the return process. I will write to them and suggest that they introduce a new section which is aimed at UK purchasers.
Cannot fault the product as it is excellent but they need to recognise that there is a world outside the US.
(I am handling this matter on behalf of aged relatives of mine who purchased the product on my suggestion.
I purchased a unit last year and advised them to do the same as their hearing is not great. He loves the speaker and is lost now that it is faulty!)

I cannot get my Verizon FIOS remote to control the ZVOX soundbar.
The directions that came with the soundbar didn't get the connection to work.
So I tried to get help from ZVOX Customer Service, without success.
ZVOX apparently has no Customer Service with real people to whom one can speak, and the written response I received did not solve the problem, a problem that others must also have had.
Soundbar won't stay on
Not a "pissed" consumer, had my zvox for years. When I turn on the power it only stays on for 2 seconds? Tried a new power cord to no avail...HELP!!!

I can't get anyone to answer emails, online requests or phone calls. I have tried on 3 separate occasions using different approaches to reach them, and I hear nothing back (or on phone call, told to look up my answer online or email which I have done without a response.)
Preferred solution: An answer to my question. I want to buy another zbox soundbar but am not willing to do so until I find out more information about the different models since my needs are specific.

Can't get rid of a message that is on my TV screen that says CONNECT TO SOUNDBAR.
WELL, it's already connected.
ZVOX CS no longer answers their CS phone so now I have to wait for them to call or email me back, which they saw will take TWO BUSINESS DAYS!!!
They used to provide very good service but this new system is terrible.

I sent a message last week and it was never answered. I am buying a soundbar for my sister for Christmas.
I don't know which is the most appropriate - the AV157 or the SB380. She has a hearing aide and only wants it a soundbar to be able to increase the level of sound on some TV channels, and to better hear the dialog on PBS TV programs (usually with British accent). She won't be playing music on it. So I am thinking that the AV157 would be sufficient.
She has an HDMI (DVI) , HDMI (arc), HDMI (STB), IR out and audio out on her TV.
Could you please let me know which would be sufficient and work with her TV so I could order it for her? An easy set-up would also be helpful.

Product dysfunction
NOTHING!
My ZVOX airpods do not work. I have not been able to reach customer service to get assistance. Very disappointing!
Information before I purchase
I tried to contact zvox. I wanted some information before I purchased.
I started a live chat, and all they did was switch me over to answer.com which wanted a credit card to charge me for some information.
This is highly unprofessional. It's too bad there's no way to get in touch with someone from zvox for information on their product

Can't program

My complaint is can not get 2 anybody, go 2 there info sight a tech pops up u explain the problem then they want 2 send u 2 another tech and charge u?? I just bought the sound bar it is under warranty why should I pay, it is there product does not make any sense???
